We're Hiring: Junior QA Engineer for the team behind our OrangeLine product.
Orangline is a multi-module CRM platform built for call centers, combining IP-Telephony, CRM, CCH, and FAQ into one powerful system used by real businesses.
As our Junior QA Engineer, you won't just run test scripts — you'll be the person who understands how the whole system connects: how a call flows from IVR into a CRM record, how a complaint in CCH links back to a customer profile, how an FAQ entry affects operator efficiency. That systemic thinking is exactly what we need.
What you'll be doing:
· Working with existing Playwright test suites and expanding automated coverage across modules
· Manually exploring and documenting how OrangeLine's subsystems interact with each other
· Supporting the development team by catching integration issues before they reach production
· Actively collaborating with our DevOps team to help build a modern QA culture — from CI pipelines to shift-left testing practices
What we're looking for:
· Basic understanding of software testing concepts (functional, regression, integration)
· Familiarity with or strong interest in learning Playwright or similar automation frameworks
· Curiosity about how complex systems talk to each other — telephony, CRM flows, complaint handling pipelines
· Good communication skills to bridge dev, QA, and ops
· Big plus: genuine excitement about DevOps practices and helping build a QA-first engineering culture from the ground up
