In management theory, a company is often compared to a human being going through different stages of development. Every human being, on entering adulthood, naturally discovers a desire to take responsibility for someone or something beyond his or her self-interest.
Probably in the same way every company, at a certain stage of its development, naturally comes to understanding that it should not only engage in activities which bring financial profit, but also voluntarily take responsibility for some sphere of society life, make a permanent and gratuitous contribution to it.
Each of us every day benefits from the free gifts of socially responsible members of society. This obliges and encourages us to do something similar in our own field of activity. A few years ago, our company too came to such an understanding.
